Atrium’s Sales Development Representative will be the glue between Marketing campaigns and Sales execution. This is a great opportunity to learn the start-up world and its ties to legal while building a skill set that will allow you to eventually progress into either a direct selling role or a position in the Marketing organization. 

The SDR role helps grow Atrium’s revenue by setting up qualified sales meetings for our sales team, freeing them up to focus on closing. By answering prospective clients’ questions about our services and guiding them to the correct resources at Atrium, you will create the first impression of Atrium for many of our future clients. 

As the first few SDRs at Atrium, your work will pave the way for future hires. You will be learning as you go and building a playbook for the next 10 SDRs. While you will need to be flexible and comfortable with ambiguity as we grow, this is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career.

What would you be doing?

  • Generate sales qualified meetings by driving prospective Atrium clients to the best solution for their needs
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute on campaigns and events, as well as provide feedback on changes we can make for future Marketing activities
  • Be courteous, patient, and helpful to all prospective Atrium clients
  • Help the sales team prioritize leads and brief them on upcoming client meetings
  • Drive outreach strategy by building email campaigns designed to drive net new pipeline (generate net new leads & accelerate existing opps), drive prospect engagement, increase awareness, and support overall business goals

What does success look like in this role?

  • 1-year of work experience after college preferred
  • Experience in a B2B tech company or in sales a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM (preferably SFDC) a plus
  • Intuitive selling abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Owning a number excites you
  • You have no fear and will talk to anyone on the phone
  • You want to outperform quotas not meet them
  • You are obsessed with making sure clients have the best impression of Atrium
