About the role


Our sales team is rapidly growing and in need of an exceptional Sales Enablement Manager to help us scale and develop our organization. The Sales Enablement Manager will be a key partner to the broader sales leadership team and will be crucial in ensuring all sales teams hit their goals. Their success will be measured by their ability to drive up sales productivity through the successful onboarding and ramping of new hires, development, and distribution of relevant sales content, adoption of new processes or tooling, and ongoing learning and development.

In this role, you will

  • Develop, build and execute on a world-class sales enablement strategy and curriculum to support Divvy Homes
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding for all new hires
  • Gather and distill the sales processes into a comprehensive sales Playbook
  • Own the ongoing sales training and development program to ensure that the Sales team is always up to speed on the latest messaging, product, and sales process information
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue Ops, Sales leaders, and Marketing to ensure that new sales content and tools align with the corporate strategy, sales process, and selling methodology
  • Establish, track and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness improvements and new hire ramp times
  • Drive sales kick-offs and ongoing training events in coordination with sales leadership team

We’d love to hear from you if you are

  • A strong communicator and presenter, both verbal and written: You’re able to simplify complex ideas into digestible language. You’ll be responsible for driving content creation and distribution of training materials.
  • Energetic & Passionate: We are in hyper-growth mode and onboarding a new class of AEs every two weeks. You’ll be their first point of contact during onboarding and your passion for the Divvy mission should be palpable. 
  • An excellent partner: You’ll be working closely across cross-functional groups to drive shared goals to completion.
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty: To be successful, you’ll need to sit in on customer calls, and go above and beyond to deeply understand the sales teams’ needs and customer problems.
  • Data-Driven: You are always looking to measure the success of your initiatives.
