Role:

As a Growth Business Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the sales leadership team. You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team of sales professionals focused on expanding the adoption of Segment among fast-growth, venture-backed, tech-enabled companies.

What you’ll do: 

  • Help develop and execute strategy for continued aggressive growth of our Growth Business Market
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives
  • Oversee and ensure successful execution of high-velocity, complex sales cycles
  • Motivate Individuals and team to exceed targets through coaching and mentorship

 

You’re a great fit if…

  • You have 3+ years of complex solution sales and 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • You maintain a proven record of consistently exceeding quotas
  • You are strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis
  • You are proficient in modern sales processes/methodologies
  • You can attract, train, and lead top-tier Account Executives
  • You have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • You are passionate about the marketing technology & data landscape
  • You possess strong analytical skill with deep understanding of forecasting & managing through data

 

This role requires being full-time in our San Francisco Headquarters Office
