  • You're passionate about innovative analysis, strategy and execution, and you have the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers.
  • Design analyses for sales compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, funnel optimization, forecasting, market coverage and segmentation, etc.
  • Distill insights from sales reps’ pain points and optimize tools usage & processes
  • Identify opportunities and drive improvement of processes that enable the sales team to become more efficient
  • Own data quality in Salesforce and maintain a high level of data integrity
  • Develop customized features and solutions using the full Salesforce toolset, including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, etc.

We’re excited about you because…

  • 2-3 years of analytical experience (ideally in sales operations, consulting, or finance)
  • Experience with variable sales compensation, quota setting, and/or forecasting
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - elegant analyses and models
  • You're passionate about innovative analysis, strategy and execution, and you have the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced/changing environment while working collaboratively across multiple functions
  • Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to build new deliverables/processes from scratch, owning results from brainstorm to execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Bonus: Salesforce Admin Certification (201 or 401)
