Senior Director, Business and Corporate Development (Multiple Locations)
**Considering candidates in San Mateo, Santa Barbara, or US-based remote**
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive Evidation’s corporate strategy and development initiatives. The position will report to the office of the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive the corporate development planning process aligned with corporate strategy
- Identify potential targets and develop relationships
- Collaborate with Finance to build transaction models
- Lead the end-to-end process for executing acquisitions
- Work closely with business unit owners and align corporate development efforts across the company
- Identify and manage critical partnerships
- Triage, develop, and refer potential partners to business units within the company
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12-15 years work experience in business development and/or strategy
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Strategic relationship management
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital health experience and deep knowledge of industry -- specifically biopharma
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharma, payer, and provider dynamic
- Prior corporate strategy and M&A experience
