Moogsoft is in need of a Regional Sales Director who will report to the VP of Americas and will be challenged with driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales organization, and developing a highly productive partner network. The successful candidate is a natural leader who loves to sell and has a talent for nurturing customer relationships.

You will....

  • Responsible for building and managing an Enterprise sales team
  • Responsible for growing the regional territory
  • Drive sales strategy and work with Field reps to attain sales quotas
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
  • Motivate, coach, and manage the sales team
  • Manage performanceBuild a sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)
  • Oversee accurate pipeline management
  • Exponential territory growth
  • Establish and develop strong Partner relationships within the region
  • Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
  • Meet with the top customers in territory
  • Local travel required

You have....

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the technology field and 1-3 years in sales management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with C-Level executives
  • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
  • Strong negotiation and motivational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • 4 year College Diploma/University Degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience
