We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who has a strong mix of technical skills, business acumen, salesmanship, who uses their confident communication skills (written and verbal) to help the sales team influence C-level executives. This high visibility and high impact role is an opportunity to build the foundations of a successful pre-sales function. 
Snapdocs is an early-stage technology platform, backed by blue-chip venture capital firms like Founders Fund, SV Angels, Sequoia Capital, F-Prime Capital and Y Combinator. We are tackling the $1.75 trillion U.S. mortgage market, developing modern software for an industry that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. We bring security, efficiency, and ultimately a better home buying experience to a paper-based pillar of the US economy. As we expand our product offering and tackle a broader swath of customers, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in... 
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will use your strong technical skills and proven sales aptitude to provide product demonstrations to customers and prospects. You will be working with the heads of lending and operations at some of the largest lenders in the US to help them improve the way they engage with their clients and run their closing process today. As an integral part of the sales team, you will run demos, craft technical presentations for customer meetings and facilitate on-site workshops to define implementations. You will gather feedback from customers on platform strengths, challenges, and opportunities, and champion that feedback to stakeholders and product teams. 
Our ideal candidate has at least 4+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, management consulting, or related field. Ideally, a significant chunk of that experience is with an enterprise application/SaaS software product. Experience in the financial services vertical would give you a huge advantage. Clients have come to respect and trust you for your ability to simply communicate complex ideas, listen to various perspectives, and prescribe the best course of action. And your team views you as a hyper-effective person who can dig into the weeds, pull up to connect back to strategy, and generally “gets stuff done.”

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

We are building the technology that connects the fragmented real estate ecosystem. That means we have to design a seamless, intuitive experience for users from entirely different companies & different use cases – from consumers to title companies to lenders. We end up tackling problems that both consumer and SaaS product teams face.
