As the number of initiatives, organizations, and conversations scale up dramatically, Valimail has the need for a Sr. Director of Corporate Sales to help us meet these commitments and grow.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Sr. Director of Corporate Sales

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Mid-market sales representatives and a renewal sales team

Responsibilities:

· Lead the daily activities of mid-market individual contributors, and renewal reps

· Consistently meet/exceed individual and team metrics

· Help set priorities and key selling strategies to achieve sales objectives

· Ensure team members are articulate on Valimail value propositions, sales demos and competitive intel

· Daily interaction with sales, sales operations, marketing, finance and legal

Qualifications:

· BA/BS or greater

· 5+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS startup environment (security and email a plus)

· 3+ years of prior successful direct sales experience and success

· Consistent track record of exceeding quota

· Strong experience with Salesforce.com, marketing automation and other sales enablement solutions

Other Attributes:

· Data driven with a deep understanding of KPI’s underlying the performance of teams

· Ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment
