About the Role:

The role of Enablement is to provide the tools, assets, resources, and training to the internal sales team and our external partner network in order to improve efficiency and success. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Technical Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Customer Success Team, Sales Engineering Team, Partners Team, Product, and Marketing to support in building the Enablement program. This role presents an excellent opportunity to impact the success of our technical sales teams and partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast pace, highly engaged environment and is able to work closely with internal teams to execute on key objectives.

Impact You’ll Own:

• Enhancing and delivering the Onboarding for new hires in the technical roles
• Coordinate training delivery and completion
• Own the relationship with the key stakeholders internally from a technical standpoint to ensure  
• Ongoing process improvements for increasing productivity and improving Partner experience
• Monitor and facilitate effective Partner contract renewals process

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales or a Technical role
• Geospatial and/or remote sensing background
• A track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving projects to a successful and timely completion
• Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers and sales team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements
• Enjoy working in a global team and across teams within the company

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience with Esri, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
• Experience with sales enablement tools, such as training tools and/or content management tools
• Salesforce Administrator experience
• Sales or partner training experience
