About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Analyst excited about joining the Sales Operations team within a high-performing Finance team at an organization making a meaningful difference in the world. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, they will assist in optimizing key processes following best practices in a way that scales with Aurora's hyper-growth and sets the company up for future success.
Your Impact

  • Responsible for day-to-day commission administration in CaptivateIQ or similar sales commission system, resulting in accurate and timely commission payments
  • Create, validate, and audit monthly reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of commission crediting and payout results
  • Troubleshoot and resolve calculation and data errors within the tool
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from the Sales Team in an effective and timely manner
  • Perform configuration, testing, and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes
  • Manage Sales Promotion, bonus, and SPIFF payments
  • Prepare key monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures and training documentation to achieve efficiencies and scalability


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Commissions or Finance experience in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS startup
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and levels throughout the company
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with big-picture strategic understanding
  • Ability to work under ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with sales commission tools (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar)
  • Experience in Looker or Tableau to create reports and dashboards for Sales and Finance to leverage

Our office is midway between Union Square and the Financial District. We're 2 blocks from public transportation and walking distance to historical Chinatown and North Beach. Located on the 5th floor, our space is equipped with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and exposed brick.
