About the Role:

Tubi is seeking a full-time, in-house, SEO Manager for our brand. As part of the Growth organization, the SEO role will drive organic traffic and engagement through search engines. This role will be optimizing our site and content at a global scale, facilitating discoverability and conversion of content serving on Tubi. We are seeking an SEO Specialist who has a strong background in technical SEO, is well versed in editorial SEO, and can collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from product, engineering, and other business units. The opportunity in this role is to define and shape the future of Tubi’s SEO strategy – the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location:

 This role is based in San Francisco and operates primarily as a remote-first function.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary SEO owner for Tubi, coordinating efforts between teams and also between business units
  • Create and prioritize a roadmap to drive mobile + desktop SEO for Tubi, with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • Institute technical SEO improvements, including writing specs, testing, and monitoring web performance
  • Audit content performance on search engines, ensuring discoverability and user engagement
  • Monitor traffic trends, troubleshoot issues and recommend fixes
  • Understand the journey of how users discover and consume content on web and in app and help develop a measurement strategy of user level LTV
  • Partner with growth analytics, product, and engineering to optimize the conversion path on Web, and understand how this creates value cross-device
  • Recommend and build business cases to prioritize development work to drive incremental user engagement
  • Work closely with PPC teams to best optimize conversion funnel
  • Work closely with product teams internally and externally to optimize for in-app search functionality to make the user experience of entering Tubi more seamless

Background

  • 7+ years experience, 5+ in a direct SEO manager role
  • Solid foundation of technical SEO, including content operations
  • Deep experience with Search console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
  • Experience in editorial workflows and web publishing
  • Strong analytics background and quantitative skills. Highly proficient in Excel and some SQL experience
  • Working understanding of HTML
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience scaling up measurement and operations workflows

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
