About the Role:
We are looking for a SOX IT Senior Analyst with a strong SOX Compliance and Operational Audit background to join our growing and dynamic organization. A career within SOX IT at CrowdStrike, will enable you to assist our business partners in optimizing control activities, organizational strategy, and policies and procedures. You'll conduct control testing and leverage your experience with various technical Information Technology environments (e.g. SaaS, Network Layer) in order to help our business partners understand risks and achieve optimal operational efficiency. This position will be reporting to the Manager, Internal Audit. The position will be responsible for the execution of the Company's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program for IT domains.
This role is open to candidates who can work remotely within the United States, with a preference for someone located near one of our CrowdStrike offices.
What You'll Do:

  • Manage and perform ITGC and IT dependency testing and ensure testing results are appropriately documented and communicated.
  • Participate in annual and iterative SOX planning and scoping activities to understand significant changes to the IT environment
  • Conduct process walkthroughs under supervision, test of design (TOD) and test of effectiveness (TOE) to evaluate internal controls compliance and implementation
  • Collaborate with SOX Accounting and IT teams to understand and document the end-to-end process, systems, automated application controls and key reports.
  • Evaluate audit findings, identify control gaps and deficiencies, and work with the SOX leadership to prepare impact assessments and remediation forms.
  • Work closely with IT and Business process owners and control owners
  • Support SOX readiness projects impacting key financial business processes, risks, controls, and IT dependencies.


What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of IT controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing IT controls solutions.
  • Experience in SOX design and operating effectiveness testing with an emphasis on quality work-paper deliverables and associated audit documentation.
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of the integrated audit, configuration of security and automated business process controls, and data interpretation for auditing.
  • Proficiency in Risk frameworks and major auditing standards (COSO, GAAP, PCAOB, AICPA, CoBIT, ITIL, etc.)
  • Possess or working towards globally accepted credentials, such as, CISA, CPA, CIA
  • Ability to quickly identify and communicate key risks and potential impacts.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills including experience working on multi-national teams.
  • Team player, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $65,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
