This is Product Marketing at Lattice

We are seeking an agile, experienced business strategist to join our Product Marketing team to lead pricing programs, conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, and deliver insights that inform product strategy. Initially, this role will focus on developing innovative, impactful pricing and packaging recommendations for new and existing products. You’ll invest in competitive research, market analysis, and work closely with finance to model different pricing scenarios. 

In this position, you will also be a close partner to Product, engaging different leaders to support planning exercises like market-sizing, white-space analysis, and roadmap prioritization. You will be asked to develop business cases for why (or why not) to invest in particular product areas, leaning on a deepening understanding of our customer, market dynamics, and business strategy. You’ll be an expert in competitive research, helping to define areas of strength and differentiation for Lattice, while building sales plays that enable business growth and customer success.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for our suite of products, collaborating with finance to create compelling pricing bundles and offers aligned with marketing and sales programs.
  • Conduct thorough research encompassing product, customer, competitive, and financial aspects to inform packaging and pricing recommendations. Present these recommendations to the executive team, driving consensus and action across key stakeholders.  
  • Align the revenue organization behind pricing and packaging strategies, enabling field teams to leverage new pricing & programs.
  • Leverage competitive insights to help build and execute strategic sales plays, in partnership with both marketing and sales leaders.
  • Partner with the Product team to lead market sizing projects; identify strategic business opportunities and make prioritization recommendations.
  • Build investment business cases, secure alignment from key stakeholders, and provide clear signs of progress toward our strategic goals. 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of pricing strategies and product initiatives. 

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy, consulting, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $115,500.00 - $164,000.00  This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
