What we need:

 31st Union’s Workplace Experience Specialist is fundamental to the studio’s overall success. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work alongside our Workplace Experience team to continue to curate an excellent workplace where we constantly strive for excellence in employee satisfaction, productivity, operational efficiency, and innovation.

 
Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate our overall workplace experience strategy and operating model, establishing the necessary processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations
Drive operational and workplace experience efficiency by continually analyzing systems and processes to refine influencing automated services, if applicable
Partner with Workplace Experience team and HR on onboarding, offboarding, other projects with our IT partners
Interpret goals and communicate direction with leadership and internal teams
Develop a strong relationship and understanding of each of our internal teams needs and stakeholders to identify strategies that best support productivity
Collaborate with Director of Workplace Experience on budget allocation to develop and drive metrics dashboard
Assist Workplace Experience team with all studio-related logistical needs
Partner with Workplace Experience Manager on expense management, travel program initiatives and coordination
Support leadership, new hires as needed with expense management and establish
cost reporting metrics for all studios T & E.
Work closely with Communications and Culture teams on studio initiatives.


Who You Are:

5+ years of experience in the workplace experience or operations with a significant emphasis on creating and delivering seamless employee experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a solution-driven mindset
Strong decision-making skills
Solid understanding of operational processes and systems



Who you are:

Experience with aggregating, organizing, and synthesizing data
Very comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing office environment.
Proven track record in project management
Experience with brand and marketing efforts
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities
Strong proficiency in Office 365, G-Suite, Concur, Confluence, Adobe Creative
Suite(Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Media Encoder, etc.), Monday.com a plus

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

I work in Mocap Post Production. I’m mainly responsible for Head Mounted Camera footage in the post-processing and QA stage.
