Own relationships with institutional Aladdin clients, helping them achieve business goals through platform adoption and product strategy. Serve as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, communicate product insights, gather and track client feedback, identify risks and opportunities, and oversee cross-functional initiatives. The Technical Relationship Manager will work with clients to optimize the use of Aladdin, manage relationships, and ensure effective adoption of product offerings.

Serve as a trusted consultant to Aladdin clients, owning relationships with front-office teams to drive product adoption, advise on portfolio and risk workflows, capture product feedback, oversee cross-functional delivery, and coach junior staff to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.

Serve as a consultative private‑markets data expert advising clients on Preqin data and integrated workflows. Drive product adoption, support onboarding and renewals, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve issues, and streamline processes to improve client experience.

The Director will manage relationships with healthcare clients, strategize marketing initiatives, pursue new investments, and mentor team members while driving revenue growth.
