Lead architecture and implementation of network security across edge, backbone, and datacenter environments. Provide technical leadership, conduct threat modeling and network assessments, build security automation and IaC, integrate controls into SDN/BGP/MPLS platforms, participate in incident response, and drive security reviews and best practices.

Lead assessment and mitigation of security risks in the virtualization stack by building threat models, defining shared risk rubrics, proposing defense-in-depth mitigations, and partnering with engineering teams to implement fixes. Mentor teams on security best practices, support vulnerability management, and communicate security impacts across product and infrastructure teams.
