Leads Atlassian’s AMER Trust Engagement team, overseeing customer trust, security, compliance, privacy, legal, and sales interactions. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic planning, process and tooling improvements, cross-functional initiatives, enterprise customer escalations, executive briefings, trust strategy presentations, and security and compliance contract negotiations. The role requires extensive experience in security, governance, risk, compliance, cloud environments, AI security, privacy, and enterprise-scale trust programs.

Lead and coordinate high-severity incident response in a complex cloud/SaaS environment. Manage a team of 5–8, improve response playbooks, metrics, tooling, and run post-incident reviews. Drive adoption of investigative AI and automation, partner with cross-functional stakeholders for investigation, containment, recovery, and reporting, including regulated or high-trust contexts.
