Lead end-to-end design of an AI-agent-powered provider onboarding experience to replace multi-page credentialing forms. Partner with PM and Eng to prototype with AI tools, conduct provider research, improve conversion, and contribute to the design system and team AI practices.

Own patient experiences across Health Systems, EAP, and Payer channels. Design referral-to-booking flows, co-branded journeys, provider directory improvements, and run multi-sprint experiments to improve conversion. Prototype and present working demos to partners, collaborate with PM, engineering, BD, and ops, and use AI-first tools to iterate from planning through launch.

Design end-to-end experiences for group practices, owning onboarding, supervisory billing, admin tooling, packaging, and practice-level analytics. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive growth, scale supervisory billing nationwide, and contribute AI-driven prototyping and design system improvements.
