Lead end-to-end product design for Toast's Point of Sale platform, shaping workflows for terminals and handhelds. Drive systems thinking, prototyping, and design-system contributions. Partner with product and engineering to set roadmap, mitigate risks, and advocate for front-of-house speed, reliability, and usability. Mentor designers, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and integrate AI-first tools into design practice to improve operational hospitality experiences.

Design end-to-end Point of Sale experiences for terminal and handheld surfaces.
