As a Senior Designer at Adyen, you will develop high-quality brand concepts, elevate the visual identity, and lead projects from brief to delivery, collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

Lead strategic product experience across multiple payment product suites: define systemic experience logic, partner with product and technical leads, eliminate cross-product experience debt, build reusable PX foundations and quality standards, mentor senior designers, create knowledge-sharing systems, and introduce new methods and technologies (including AI/LLMs) to scale product experience globally.
