Own the end-to-end architecture of Klaviyo’s marketing, sales, and customer experience systems. Design and deploy AI agents, integrations, data models, and governance standards across Salesforce and related GTM platforms. Translate business strategy into technical architecture, build production solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations, influence executive stakeholders, establish engineering practices, and mentor GTM Systems teammates.

Own the design, administration, security, reliability, and roadmap of enterprise identity, endpoint-management, and SaaS systems. Lead SSO, SCIM, device-management, integrations, automation, and AI-assisted workflow projects end to end. Troubleshoot complex incidents, establish change-management and documentation practices, support audits, evaluate vendors, mentor engineers, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
