Leads a team of 10–15 software engineers responsible for Atlassian Government Cloud release infrastructure and processes. Owns release planning, readiness, go/no-go decisions, cutover, verification, rollback, incident escalation, and compliance. Defines a multi-quarter roadmap covering trunk-based development, feature flags, progressive rollouts, automated gates, and rollback automation. Partners across engineering, product, QA, SRE, security, and compliance while coaching team members and improving release reliability.
