Lead global enterprise and cloud network architecture and roadmap. Design, deploy, and operate highly available, secure hybrid LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN infrastructures across multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments. Configure and troubleshoot multi‑vendor hardware, manage international connectivity, automate with infrastructure-as-code, respond to incidents, mentor engineers, and support global office rollouts and upgrades.

Lead and execute the Payments Platform vision: own strategy, architecture, and roadmap for payment processing, routing, settlement, reconciliation and partner integrations. Build and grow engineering managers and senior engineers, drive platform reliability, observability, security, and scalability, set OKRs, manage cross-functional delivery, and align technology with business, product, risk and compliance outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of realtime fraud detection and client-facing risk products. Shape architecture, ensure reliability and scalability, hire and develop engineering managers and senior ICs, partner with PM/Design/Ops, enforce code and design quality, own incident response and operational excellence, and drive cross-team collaboration to improve detection, reduce false positives, and minimize chargebacks.

Lead design and delivery of scalable cloud infrastructure for the Spend product. Embed with development teams to drive reliability, performance, observability, incident response, and automation. Own SLOs, runbooks, DevOps metrics, and collaborate with central DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance and resilience. Lead infrastructure projects including new service launches, data centre migrations, and modernising data pipelines.

Lead engineering efforts for KYC automation and onboarding systems. Design and maintain scalable automation, implement AI/data-driven risk detection, collaborate with product, ops, and compliance, participate in architecture and code reviews, improve reliability and performance, and mentor junior engineers.

Own and engineer collaboration platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom). Build integrations, automations, bots and migrations; manage data movement, security, scalability, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner globally with cross-functional teams and support escalations, on-call rotations, and M&A integrations.
