The Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate scheduling, communicate with candidates, maintain the ATS, support onboarding, and streamline recruiting operations.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source, engage, and screen candidates; build diverse talent pipelines; develop creative outreach strategies; track sourcing metrics; promote employer brand; and stay current on market and sourcing best practices.
