Administer U.S. employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, 401(k), and leaves of absence. Manage compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and state regulations; coordinate vendors and audits; maintain benefits data; support international benefits; and improve processes. Serve as a primary employee and stakeholder contact while partnering with Payroll, People Operations, brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
