Analyzes market data using compensation tools, develops leader training and communications, and advises HR, recruiting, finance, and executives. Also leads adoption of AI-enabled compensation workflows and resources. Requires 5+ years of technology-company compensation experience, HRIS and market benchmarking expertise, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Owns end-to-end execution of Snap's compensation planning cycles (base, bonus, equity); leads compensation program design and rollout; partners cross-functionally; implements AI-enabled workflows; conducts benchmarking and analysis; builds enablement materials and supports equity operations to improve employee experience.
