The Marketplace Operations Manager will oversee P&L for Events & Hospitality, manage marketplace operations, collaborate with data science, drive worker acquisition, and develop metrics for success.

Lead and scale on-site field operations across warehousing, events, and retail. Manage Field Operations Managers and shift leads to ensure reliable staffing, on-site quality, incident management, and account health. Define commercial frameworks, build AI-enabled tooling and monitoring with Product/Data/Engineering, and recruit, onboard, and develop shift lead talent to sustain performance at scale.
