Supports the CEO as an operational right hand by managing calendars, communications, travel, meeting preparation, follow-ups, research, and lightweight systems. The role also runs the San Mateo office, coordinates events and investor meetings, tracks priorities, and frequently travels with the CEO. Success requires discretion, strong writing, anticipation, precision, urgency, and comfort operating in a fast-paced AI startup.

Build and lead GC AI’s revenue operations function from the ground up. Develop go-to-market processes, hire and manage a high-performing team, select and implement operational technology, align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships, and optimize pipeline, forecasting, retention, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue performance through data-driven KPIs.
