Own complex SaaS deal execution from quoting through contracting and quote-to-cash, advising Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations. Ensure pricing, discounting, revenue recognition, CRM data quality, and process compliance. Lead improvements to deal desk policies, playbooks, systems, automation, and AI initiatives. Define CRM and CPQ requirements, mentor analysts, train stakeholders, and independently resolve ambiguous, high-value deal situations.

Owns end-to-end projects across DigitalOcean’s go-to-market systems, including implementations, integrations, automations, data flows, Salesforce configuration, and AI-powered workflows. Handles tier 2 escalations, diagnoses cross-system issues, builds durable fixes, supports solution design, coordinates vendors, documents reusable patterns, and mentors an engineer. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, experience with multiple GTM tools, iPaaS or API integrations, SQL and warehouse fluency, AI systems familiarity, and the ability to review Apex, Python, or JavaScript.
