The Executive Operations Partner will support senior leaders by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. This role emphasizes strategic partnership and operational excellence.

Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leaders to translate strategy into execution by building operating cadences, driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product and Data, coordinating launches and integrations, and owning the Managed Voice of Customer to inform product and GTM priorities.

The CS Operations Manager will manage the operational infrastructure for renewal programs, including program design, process configuration, and cross-functional collaboration with teams like Sales and Marketing.
