Facilitates information flow and decision-making across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, go-to-market, Revenue, Sales, Finance, Data, and other business units while independently driving high-impact operational work.

Lead the commissions function end-to-end: plan design, quota support, calculation and payout, CaptivateIQ administration, reporting, dispute resolution, and scaling processes and team to align incentives with company GTM and pricing evolution.
