Provide high-level administrative support to two VPs in Field Operations: manage complex calendars, travel (including international), events, correspondence, action items, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining discretion and flexibility.

Lead Americas corporate travel program strategy and operations, managing vendors, costs, compliance, traveler experience, and regional policy localization. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Security, and stakeholders to drive savings, supplier adoption, risk management, and program governance.

Manage high-impact technical escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution, lead incident calls and executive communications, perform root-cause analysis, track trends, and lead improvement projects to prevent repeat issues and improve escalation response.
