Lead strategy and execution for Notion's Partner programs: build revenue and capacity models, run planning cadences, define systems and reporting, optimize partner processes, design incentives and tiering, and partner cross-functionally to scale ARR growth and improve partner experience.

Analyze and improve sales processes and systems, manage Salesforce configuration and change control, design and implement CPQ/quote-to-cash solutions, collaborate with RevOps/Finance/Legal, drive projects end-to-end, provide day-to-day Salesforce support, ensure testing and documentation, and use AI tools to automate and accelerate seller workflows.

The role involves designing, implementing, and measuring the customer journey post-sale, leading cross-functional operations across GTM, managing teams in Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success Operations, and ensuring pipeline health and operational metrics are met.
