Lead design and execution of control infrastructure for Recovery Operations and the Internal Recovery Unit (IRU). Build controls, monitoring, and reporting; partner with Operations Risk; analyze processes and portfolio trends; oversee vendors with performance reviews and audits; manage settlement and program compliance; present executive updates and drive process automation and data-driven improvements.
