The Site Selection Manager identifies and evaluates data center opportunities, leads due diligence, supports lease negotiations, and manages cross-functional coordination for CoreWeave's expansion across the Americas.

Lead and scale a Field Planning & Performance Center of Excellence for revenue: own GTM coverage and role design, territory/headcount/quota planning, sales incentive programs, revenue modeling and predictive forecasting, performance analytics, and global operating rhythms. Build and manage a high-performing team and partner with Finance, People, and regional RevOps to ensure consistent, data-driven planning and measurement across segments and geographies.

Lead and build a global deal desk to structure, approve, and orchestrate complex enterprise and strategic deals. Define operating model, playbooks, systems, and governance; partner with Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and sales to ensure pricing quality, contract governance, accurate quoting/booking, fulfillment, and compliant revenue recognition.

Own administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and GTM systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Design and implement declarative automations, manage security and integrations (Okta, SSO), support complex revenue processes, participate in M&A system integrations, and drive user adoption and operational efficiency.

Analyze data center operational practices, identify risks and inconsistencies, and create scalable enablement materials (SOPs, runbooks, templates, training). Partner with technicians, engineers, security, and compliance to validate procedures, support audit readiness, and leverage modern tooling including AI/LLM workflows to accelerate documentation and onboarding.
