Provide high-touch executive support to the Chief Product Officer, managing calendar, travel, expenses, and confidential communications. Coordinate cross-functional R&D leadership meetings, prepare and distribute materials, track action items and OKRs, and plan offsites and events. Act as a proactive operator to protect the CPO's focus, align Product/Design/Research/Engineering priorities, and ensure timely follow-through across the organization.

The Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal support, ensure accuracy in contracts, improve processes, and translate operational issues into solutions.

Own Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Design scalable solutions, govern multi-instance Salesforce, support quote-to-cash and AI-driven GTM builds, build automation (Flows, Apex, LWC), integrate Salesforce tools, lead stakeholder alignment, and manage end-to-end implementations from discovery through rollout and adoption.
