Lead onsite IT operations for Singapore and provide regional support across Southeast Asia. Deliver hands-on technical support for macOS, Windows, SaaS applications, hardware, networking, AV systems, onboarding, executive support, inventory, vendors, and office technology. Mentor regional IT staff, document processes, support office build-outs, and partner with workplace, security, people operations, and facilities teams. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, autonomy, and five days per week onsite.

Manage and scale Airwallex’s revenue systems and GTM technology stack. Responsibilities include improving revenue data, integrations, automations, and processes; partnering with Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product teams; supporting and training users; translating business needs into scalable Salesforce-based solutions; and communicating recommendations to senior commercial leaders.

Leads operations strategy for Airwallex’s Americas business, overseeing financial operations, client enablement, enterprise customer readiness, process improvement, and operational controls. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, and Support teams to resolve bottlenecks, launch enterprise customers, improve service quality, and scale processes. Manages, coaches, and develops an operations team while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
