Lead legal operations for Legal & Compliance: own systems, tools, and processes; implement and optimize AI-driven tech stack; manage budget, outside counsel relationships, metrics/OKRs, knowledge management, vendors, and day-to-day team operations; partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and scale.

Provide day-to-day support, configuration, and continuous improvement for billing, Order-to-Cash, and cash-reconciliation applications. Triage incidents, manage ITSM lifecycle, support month-end billing, maintain integrations and reconciliations, build AI/automation solutions, run SQL queries for data validation, and partner with Finance on configurations, deployments, and controls.
