Lead multiple product teams to define and execute strategy for identity, authentication/authorization, fraud detection and core platform reliability. Set vision for scaling Xero to larger businesses, drive cross-functional alignment, coach product managers, manage roadmaps, launch and iterate products, and ensure security, compliance and commercial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end payments product strategy and delivery, owning customer-facing payment experiences and backend payments platform capabilities. Drive merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, processing, settlement, reconciliation, refunds and payouts. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Finance to improve reliability, time-to-money, and commercial outcomes. Use customer research and data to define roadmaps, measure success, and mentor other Product Managers.
