Lead the roadmap, adoption, commercial outcomes, and technical evolution of Braze’s Content Cards and Banners products. Partner with engineering, design, SDK, and go-to-market teams to improve authoring, AI-assisted creation, APIs, integrations, performance, reliability, and observability. Use customer feedback and usage data to prioritize investments, establish performance baselines, and drive enterprise adoption and expansion at massive scale.

Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for Braze’s B2B SaaS offerings. Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, revenue forecasts, and performance KPIs to improve customer value and profitability. Lead cross-functional launches with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success, while establishing scalable monetization frameworks and operational processes. Serve as an executive source of truth for portfolio revenue and pricing decisions.
