Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Atlassian’s Focus app within Strategy Collection. Drive AI-native product development across planning, goal-setting, reporting, insights, collaboration, administration, and integrations. Partner with engineering, design, data, research, GTM, and executive stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, ship enterprise SaaS capabilities, establish responsible AI quality standards, and improve customer adoption, outcomes, and strategic alignment.

Develop actionable go-to-market strategies for AI sales and consumption pricing while driving business growth and engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence strategic direction and optimize customer experience.

Supports product, design, and engineering teams by researching customer needs, competitors, market trends, and AI tools. The intern will translate insights into feature plans, identify product opportunities, build prototypes, collaborate with customers and partners, and help create innovative product solutions. The role requires full-time enrollment in a technical degree program and availability for a 40-hour weekly internship in the Pacific Time Zone.
