Lead strategy, operations, and execution for the Relay product cross-functional team. Manage P&L, set and track OKRs, report business performance to executives and the board, partner with product, marketing, legal, risk, and finance, support business development and partnerships, and monitor market and competitor trends to drive member growth and engagement.

Own vision, strategy, and delivery of operations and support platform capabilities. Improve member support journeys, agent tooling, workflow automation, and case management. Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations to identify opportunities, prioritize work, define success metrics, and deliver scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve outcomes.
