Leads the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution of the company’s digital employee experience. Responsibilities include improving employee journeys, internal service channels, knowledge management, collaboration tools, workflow automation, measurement, technology adoption, and change management. The role partners across IT, HR, Security, Workplace, Communications, Procurement, and business teams; reports on adoption and ROI; and manages a cross-functional digital workplace team.

Lead the 0-to-1 strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a commercial banking platform supporting business accounts, payment rails, treasury capabilities, and APIs. Build and grow the product team, partner with engineering, risk, compliance, treasury, finance, sales, and operations, and translate regulatory constraints into scalable solutions. Drive adoption, payment volume, reliability, cost efficiency, and risk outcomes while influencing executive strategy and mentoring product managers.
