Leads the strategy, architecture, modernization, and scaling of BlackRock’s SMA technology platform. Translates investment-management strategy into product roadmaps, architectural blueprints, epics, and delivery plans. Coordinates product, engineering, operations, data, risk, and compliance teams while improving portfolio, trading, compliance, and post-trade workflows. Designs operating models, governance, automation, and change-management programs, drives adoption, and supports new investment-product development.

Lead research, design, and launch of new ETFs and enhancements across a designated iShares product pillar. Analyze industry trends, evaluate investment merit and index methodologies, develop portfolio constructions and simulations, collaborate with index providers and cross-functional partners, prepare investment cases for leadership, and drive product prioritization and launch plans.
