Define and execute Adyen's global hardware strategy, lead commercial partnerships and negotiations with device manufacturers, translate merchant needs into technical requirements, scale certification and distribution for new markets, and drive partner-led hardware innovation to support product and commercial goals.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Adyen's Credit and Data Platform. Build scalable data services, integrations, credit underwriting, servicing and collections. Collaborate cross-functionally, drive data- and experimentation-first metrics, foster AI tooling, and hire and develop a multi-location product team to support global financial products.
