Manages project plans, requirements and design workshops, data modeling, application configuration, testing, user acceptance, training, and onboarding. Advises customers on scientific workflows and Benchling best practices, advocates for product improvements, develops training materials, and partners with Sales on expansion opportunities. Requires scientific expertise, project management capabilities, customer communication skills, and up to 25% travel.
