Design, launch, and scale customer community engagement programs (webinars, events, advocacy, content campaigns) to drive activation, repeat participation, retention, and measurable business impact. Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, DevRel, Product, and Marketing; define KPIs, run experiments, and optimize programs to convert participants into contributors and advocates.
