Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to run Board and S-team rhythms, drive agendas, produce materials, track action items, and execute on-site/off-site meetings. Provide high-trust operational support, maintain confidentiality, and create systems to improve decision-making and accountability across cross-functional initiatives.
