Owns the operating cadence and internal portfolio strategy for Navan’s global real estate and workplace portfolio. Responsibilities include lease and portfolio tracking, broker and transaction coordination, business case development, occupancy and capacity planning, financial scenario analysis, stakeholder alignment, project governance, executive reporting, and AI-enabled process automation. The role partners with Finance, Legal, People, Procurement, IT, Security, and regional workplace teams and requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.
