Own the People team's operating rhythm and execute strategic, multi-quarter initiatives including M&A integration, UK employment infrastructure, ATS migration, and HRIS evaluation. Lead AI workflow transformation and policy development in partnership with IT and Legal. Serve as a strategic thought partner and execution extension of the SVP of People, coordinating stakeholders, driving decisions, managing timelines, and building scalable processes without direct authority.
