The Interim FP&A Director will lead the FP&A function, support the CEO and executives, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and enhance financial processes.

Manage and review U.S. international tax compliance and reporting for inbound/outbound clients. Supervise preparation of complex international forms, perform technical research, analyze E&P and tax attributes (Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits), advise on withholding and treaty matters, mentor staff, manage client engagements, and support practice growth and process improvements.

Lead and deliver complex U.S. international tax compliance and consulting engagements. Oversee preparation and review of international filings, manage staff, perform technical research, advise clients on inbound/outbound structuring, and drive practice development and profitability while mentoring team members and contributing to firm initiatives.
