The Customer Success Manager at DataHub will manage enterprise accounts, drive product adoption, and build relationships to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Own end-to-end release cadences for open-source and managed cloud products. Coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, docs, and customer success. Define quality gates, build release automation and runbooks, mitigate release risks, serve as release contact, and run retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

The Software Engineer will provide technical support to customers, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive customer success initiatives while leveraging Python and SQL expertise.
